K S Ramanan is an independent Learning & Development consultant-facilitator and coach with over 30 years of work experience. As an independent L&D facilitator and coach at corporate entities and social sector organizations, he is engaged in consulting, coaching and facilitation. In addition, for social sector organizations and for-profit start-ups, he helps these organizations build capabilities around people and processes to take them to scale.

In his last corporate role, he was the Global Learning Leader at Ernst & Young. Prior to that, he worked in organizations such as The Times of India, Ente Nazionale Idrocarburi (ENI), American Express & Oracle.

Preeja Sreedhar’s success and several commendable achievements lie very strongly in her motto, which is to “Build an Attitude to Succeed”. Her journey began with a Master’s Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, a Master’s Degree in Psychology and a Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management.

Starting out as a Journalist and a Copy Writer, Preeja moved onto Academia and became a keen researcher.  Her research papers and articles in human resource management, organizational behaviour and communication have been presented at several IIMs, such as Kanpur, Lucknow and Indore.

Srinivasa Babu Nagaraj brings close to 30 years of work experience to the table. With a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, a Black Belt in Six Sigma Methodology and several ISO 9000 Quality Certificates to his name, he has turned out to be a thorough professional in the areas of EHS, Quality, Operations Management, Maintenance, Facilities and Administration.

Babu’s expertise lies in building teams, being result and process oriented, setting up facilities, both locally and internationally, providing infrastructure solutions, being cost effective and handling budget management, building efficiencies within the team, streamlining operational activities and managing and working with different kinds of vendors and contractors. R.Subramaniyan is a senior Banker. He has worked in State Bank of Mysore and State Bank of Hyderabad (now known as State Bank of India) for a span of 34 years. He has held various senior positions in the Bank as Head-Regional Office, Head-Zonal Office, Head-HR etc .He has vast experience in the Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Foreign Exchange.
