His professional career spans across Light Engineering, IT, Telecom and Automotive industries, as Head of HR, Effectiveness Coach, Learning Facilitator and Consultant.
He is passionate about the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People framework and enjoys music and kite-flying. Travelling in India as well as abroad has been a key teacher in his life. He is an alumnus of Xavier Labor Relations Institute (XLRI).
